Do you consider the location of your shop a key factor to the business’s success?

Yes absolutely. We’re located on the main road to the beach.

Who is your average buyer?

A real wide range actually. From groms to 80 year olds.

If a total Barney walks in do you treat him with the same respect as a full on loc?

Yes absolutely.

What is the dumbest question a customer has ever asked?

“Do you sell surfboards?” (the shop is absolutely filled with boards all over the place).

Do you have a mascot (ex. - An animal that roams freely throughout the building)?

Nope we do not have a mascot.

What is the craziest return a customer has ever tried to make?

A used bar of wax. The customer said that he didn’t like it.

Does your store support any local surfers or have a surf team?

Yes we have a surf team. Our surf team won the Red Bull contest last year actually.

What is your most annoying grom story?

Not yet.

Have you ever had any type of celeb roll in and make a purchase?

Chris Everett, Peter Mendia.

Have you ever pulled a hot chick/guy solely due to the fact that you own/manage a surf shop?

I’m married actually.

How many days a week do you surf now compared to before you owned/managed a surf shop?

I probably surf as much as I used to, but not as long.

Who is your favorite surfer and why?

Mine is Kelly. Because he’s Kelly.

Has a customer trying on clothes ever walked out completely naked?

I haven’t seen anybody come out completely naked yet.

Has a person ever walked in totally blitzkrieged (really intoxicated) and tried to make a purchase? If so elaborate.

Yes actually a guy came in with two girls and he wanted the sales person make them look like Brittany Spears and Christina Aguilera.
